Amianto Operating Company

On the 31 March 2019 Amianto Operating Company Limited (Amianto) entered into an Agreement with Alix Partners UK LLP pursuant to which Amianto assumed control of The T&N Asbestos Trustee Company Limited from 18th June 2019. There will be no material change in the operation of the T&N Trusts; Anne O’Keefe, James Gleave and Christopher Melton QC will remain as Directors of the Trustee company, the claims handling team will transfer to Amianto and the Trusts will continue to operate from the same premises.
