Trustee Advisory Committee
The role of the UK and EL Trust Advisory Committees is to act in what they perceive to be the best interests of the general body of Trust Claimants. The Trust Committees are consulted on:
a) any variation or amendment of the Trust Deed and the TDPs
b) any alteration to the UK and EL Trust percentages
c) the setting and subsequent revision of the payment percentages.
