About The T&N Asbestos Trustee Company

The T&N Asbestos Trustee Company Limited was set up to administer the UK and EL Trusts. The T&N UK Asbestos Trust and The EL Trust were set up to provide a mechanism for compensating Trust Claimants who were exposed to asbestos by companies in the UK Federal-Mogul Group (formerly the T&N Group). The Trusts are governed by the Trust Distribution Procedures.

The Core Objective of the Trusts is to allow Trust Claimants with established Claims to receive a payment (or payments) from the appropriate Fund or Funds which

1. reflects the value of their underlying claim;

2. is fair and proportionate having regard to the interests of other Trust Claimants
with similar Trust Claims; and

3. is assessed, calculated and paid in an efficient and cost effective manner.

Both employee and non-employee claims may be submitted to the Trusts.
